Ordered a hamburger with ketchup and lettuce only. Received burger with everything and soggy! Order a hit that was cold and rare. Never again
Slowest Sonic ever. We had an app order and had been waiting for over 20 minutes. The estimated time was only about 5 minutes after we arrived. Had to go up to the door and knock to recieve the food. it came out within less than a minute of grabbing the attention of a young employee. The food and drink had been assembled and ready, but never taken out to the numerous vehicles waiting until complained. I haven't eaten at Sonic in a long time because their food is usually cold. But I thought I would give them another try after a 2-year absence and lo and behold the hamburger was cold. I told the server right away who was nice enough to offer me another one, but I didn't want to take the chance in returning food. So Sonic if you're listening, make sure your hamburgers and buns are served piping hot! ... and look at Sonic's reply. They referred me to Corporate. Isn't it a franchise? Ugh!
What a joke. Pull up to one of the stalls find what i want on the menu. Press the red button and a loud attitude filled voice says only drive through. The line in the drive through is 6 cars deep and isn't even moving. Wont be back.
Verry rude staff ! Asked for sause , and litterly cut me off on the speaker … just go to the one in lees summit , these people make your day even worse !
