Honestly close this location. It is frequently understaffed, wait times are inexcusable for a fast food location and the store is frequently closed during posted hours of operation with no change in the app meaning orders sit in limbo unless called sonic support to resolve.
Management seriously needs to oversee employees, first shamrock shake my child orderd the girl delivered a white, all ice mixture absolutely no flavor or color was added at all, delivery girl said she didn't make it, someone else was too lazy to mix it correctly..I asked for a correct one along with my strawberry lemonade that was supposed to be lite ice..what I went home with was an odd color..I tried a sip clearly it was water with strawberry absolutely no lemonade, I dumped it out in the sink and glad I did because there ... read more
Shouldn’t take 20 minutes for 3 small drinks. Should have known better than go to this location. It’s awful.
