We ordered on the app so it would be ready when we got there. Well after waiting 20 minutes after we got there, we never did receive our order. The kid that came to the door said he was a cook and the other guy was new and our order would be out when it was ready. I told them to not worry about it since I had already waited 20 minutes. Slow service and drinks come out sticky.
These poor employees need more help.
This sonic absolutely couldn’t care less about their employees here. Everytime I’m here there is literally one employee doing everything or they aren’t even open because they don’t hire enough people. Feel bad for the workers here but it makes a bad experience especially the wait times. Chicken tenders also looked like they got cooked on the sun and tasted like it!
Whoever cooked today, Friday, Aug 14th between the hours 9a-10a. Im so disappointed. I come here almost every morning for a breakfast sandwich. This morning my baccon had raw spots that were still ice cold. My bread wasnt toasted at all but soggy from all the damn butter. Your going to make someone sick, hadn't I had to be at work I would of came back for a refund. When is the light skin girl coming back from the lake??? She can cook her ass off.
