Ordered ahead and, instead of telling me at the window they were out of Jr meat for burgers, expected me to drive off without an item in my order. Had to press the button and wait longer to reaolve. I hnderstand if you're out of things, but at least work with me instead of hoping I'd drive off without everything I paid for.

If there was an option to post zero star for service it would be more appropriate. We pulled up to pick up an online order at 10pm, after waiting 20 min for our order, while watching the employee play on his phone the entire time….we then moved to a stall and hit the button saying we had a pick up order and Was told “you have to pick up at window” (there’s a reason for the 30 car slots.)
