Walked up to get a slushy. We pushed the button and a woman answered asked what the order was. We gave our order and then there was no response. We asked if they got the order and then there was same lady came back on and yelled I got the order we’re too busy to answer you right now!! This Sonic is the worst one in the area. Highly recommend you go any where else but here. Such a shame

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve experienced. The employee was rude from the moment I placed my order and even yelled at me when I asked them to repeat a question because I couldn’t hear them. There was no greeting, no courtesy, and no professionalism. After reading the other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t a one-time incident. So many people are reporting the same problems, and it’s disappointing that nothing seems to have changed.

This place is garbage. The manager needs to be replaced and sent to be a traffic director. Shuts down all food ordering at 12pm. Sorry excuse for customer service!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Sonic drive-thru on June 29, 2026, at approximately 7:00 p.m. I stopped to order dinner for my wife, my son, and myself. I had not eaten at Sonic in a while, so before ordering the #9 footlong hot dog combo, I asked what ingredients came on the hot dog because I did not want onions. The employee said “chili and cheese,” followed by something I could not hear because she spoke quickly. I politely apologized and asked her to repeat what she had said. She did not respond.
