I literally waited for 27 seconds before anyone said anything you can hear them chattering over the intercom. After 8 minutes I decided to go to the drive-thru. 9 minutes total to get a drink. There is literally people who is desperate for jobs and these people at that sound exactly like they did not want their job. Terrible customer service through and through.
Whoever is managing this Sonic needs to do better. I started coming here years ago and it used to be the best place.... Now it's absolute crap that I won't be back to. My first bad experience about a year ago was bad enough. I pulled into a stall when there were only two other cars there, pressed the red button, and waited over 8 minutes with no response. The sonic off of 96 and League city is a joke first off As I started to make my order, the lady literally complained and was like oh my God through the loudspeaker I continue to order my order and she seemed so frustrated because she had to work.No customer service skills whatsoever rushed me as I was trying to make my order did not make our order correct so then got frustrated because she had to fix something. The manager there seriously needs to retrain these employees with their customer service absolutely horrible.
2 different times when the store was not even busy, I went through the drive through and waited, and waited several minutes and no one ever bothered to take my order so I drove off. If they cant manage time any better than that, I don't and won't Ever go to that store again.
This location never gets orders wrong and is super fast!
