Took over 30 minutes to receive my food. Essentially they said they forgot our food. This is also not the first time they take more than 15 minutes.
Their screens are never working and if they are then the credit card machine isn't working. Even if there's only three cars there it will take you 20 minutes to get your food and it's usually wrong
S L O W. I've ordered food before and it's taken 10 minutes to order at speaker, 30 minutes to get food. I also doordash occasionally and wait 20-30 minutes everytime for the order to come out. Customers always complain to me about the wait. Employees also never look happy and do not have manners. Maybe if you really like Sonic, but even then, I don't want to give rude employees my money.
this location is horrible. The service is always terrible. It takes Almost an hour just to get your food management needs to step in and do something . I recommend going into Fort Worth or Lake Worth if you want sonic. The staff is terrible. The food is always cold once you get it if not the wrong order. I never tip because the service is complete garbage
On two separate occasions I waited over 45 minutes before I got my drinks. The second time I gave up and left. I won't be back to this location for a very long time.
