I have given this sonic several chances. The first time we went, we waited 15 mins for our order.... the problem, employees outside hanging out with someone who pulled up. One of the employees had profanity on the jacket he was wearing. Not what I want to see when I'm with my kids. This was months ago. The most recent trips, we still have to wait for what feels like forever when you are hungry or thirsty. I believe our wait was 10 mins. We had 2 drinks.... thats it. Nothing fancy.
We waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks and the fries were to done.
Ordered ahead. Pick up time was 5:30pm at 6:21 I decided I had had enough!! Still no food!!! If I could rate 0 stars I would!! 2 employees came outside, rolled down widow to get attention, they walked away. Pushed the button and not sure what was going on, lost order or something. When I finally got my order at 6:33, it didn't have everything and I had to pull up my online receipt to prove that it was missing a drink!! After waiting AN HOUR for an order I put in way ahead!!! We were there over 15 minutes, only three other cars besides ours… And they never took our order.
