I’m so tired of coming to this location only to wait 10 minutes or more for my order when the staff scans it off as complete as soon as it’s put in. Plus, this location only ever has one carhop per shift and said carhop is constantly hopping 3+ orders at a time. As a former carhop of nearly 4 years at a lower volume store, this kind of management is shocking to me.
