I placed a pick up order at 5:03 to be ready at 5:15 and have been sitting in the stall since that time (now after 5:37). There have been 3 cars that pulled into stalls after me, ordered, and receive both food and ice cream, all while I waited. All I had was two regular fountain drinks. Something is seriously going wrong at this location. People wait for 20 mins checked in on the app in a stall and then getting told to go to the drive thru. Just for orders to still be messed up, ICE COLD and having to wait more for it to be fixed. Management needs to look into whats happening. Last Friday this same thing happened and all I ordered was 2 drinks through the app. It wasn't until I pushed the red button that I was told to go through the drive thru.
