Congratulations to the owner. Your store will now lose 29 orders a month due to the new management. My orders are usually correct but with new management they have been incorrect every time and the new management made zero attempt to correct the errors. And to add insult to injury the new manager is the epitome of unprofessionalism. Do something about the unprofessionalism or the store will continue to lose business

Very Rude on a constant basis, routinely forgets items that were paid for in the order... no more of my money going to support horrible service.

Sonic is usually one of my favorite quick stops, but this particular location hasn’t measured up to others in the area. The idea of “hot and fast” doesn’t always apply here. While the food itself can be fine once it finally arrives, the wait times feel much longer than they should for a drive-in. I’ve had times where drinks showed up wrong or out of things during peak hours, which is frustrating when that’s half the reason you pull in.
