The service here is usually pretty horrible in my opinion. That's mostly based off of my past experiences. However, today I was delighted to FINALLY come across someone like Bobbie who is kind, polite & an absolute breath of fresh air. Her reasoning behind such an amazing level of customer service, "I just like to treat others the way I'd like to be treated." Your guaranteed to get cold hash browns and cold fries. Why don't they just cook these to order?
So this time I ordered a fritos chili pie from the app. Didn't get it. Had to wait about 10 minutes to get it. It's still cold.Looks bad. I don't know why I keep going back to this sonic.
