Took 35 minutes to bring food ordered on the apo
There was a hair…inside the soft pretzel.
Worst sonic in the metroplex. Our order is wrong EVERY time we go here. So we boycott it for months if not longer and then make the mistake of going back after a while thinking it has to have improved. Wrong! If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of having to eat here, check your order right down to the last detail before leaving.
Everything was good until after order this lady who works there flat out ignored me trying to get her attention to place an order and she had her head down on the job like she didn't work there, I felt disrespected, got my food by someone else with no issue but definitely won't be coming back again if Sonic has employees like these.
