I only ordered a shake, but it took almost 30 minutes for me to get it. The kiosk I ordered from was broken as well. It would not let me press on any of the options on screen. I understand there were other customers, but my order wasn’t complex. I essentially ordered ice cream in a cup. That takes a minute to make maybe 2 or 3 minutes at most.
