What's the point of ordering ahead on the app if they are STILL you're going to get your order WRONG?!? Totally disappointed and unsatisfied. I tipped, was polite, yet bitter workers will purposely give you the wrong sauces and sides ON PURPOSE. If you don't like your job, GET ANOTHER ONE!
Absolute garbage location. The crew will not answer you at the kiosk. When they do I spent 20 minutes waiting on a burger. No one would explain why it was taking so long or when it would be out. The entire afternoon crew should be fired immediately
This is I swear to God the fifth time that I have pulled up to this Sonic and have attempted to place an order only to never have anyone respond to me or even come out to the car to notify me if there's a breakdown in communication systems or anything All five times I have set trying to place an order for a minimum of 20 minutes before deciding to leave.
