Customer service is HORRIBLE AFFF EVERY TIME SLOW JUST CLOSE DOWN ALREADY
i waited 20 mins for an ocean water i ordered ahead online & watched 5 cars that got here after me get their orders. this happens everytime, so i’ll no longer come back to avoid this happening again.
Yes this store has gone downhill since I moved from lamar Blvd. Give recommendations, get the opposite back. I don't recommend go eat here. & make sure the ice cream not spoiled. Make sure The staff washing hands. Make sure the staff are responsible and respectful.
Tried to get takeout here, but half the screens didn't work, and when I tried to order at the ones that did, the staff wasn't responsive and even stopped taking my order halfway through. I never got my food.
Ordered one drink been here for 20 minutes tell your workers to stop being lazy and MOVE faster
