Took 20 min to fill a messed up order, demanded a refund. 2nd worse service I ever experienced at a sonic.
Me and my husband were on our way home back from a appointment and we decided to get Sonic to eat, well when we got home our burgers were cold, bread was like a rock, mozzarella stick were old and disgusting as well as the fries they looked like they sat in oil and ask for extra cherry in my husband cherry limeade drink didn’t get any and it was just horrible.
My son and I were in a hurry to an event, on a budget, but hungry. We decided to stop at Sonic on Bowen on the way. We ordered 2 dbl cheeseburgers and shared a fry and 44oz strawberry limeade drink. Easy enough, right? NOT! To start, they weren't busy, only a couple of cars besides us. It still took 15 minutes for the order to come. The carhop brings the order that came to $15 something. Ordered food on the app. App provided an ETA. 20 minutes later, the order still not ready. Every time I've ended up at this sonic, it's always the same. Last time I'm coming to this location
