You can only go thru drive theu to order and park and order wherr picnic tables are they are no longer a car hop you can not order food at stall...guess ita too much walking for them ...thats not a car hop restaurant...sonic is going down hill...my hisband went thru there the other day and his mewl hes been getting dor the past year went from 11.92 (and i have receipts in my phone from the bank) to 15.92?!!! Bad.
What a terrible service experience this place is. I put in a mobile order and checked in at 11:56am, waited and waited and waited, until 12:30pm when the screen times out and said my food had been dropped off and to enjoy. I had not yet received my food. I press the button and let them know I still did not get my food. Unfortunately this place has gone downhill hard and fast. I gave them the benefit of understanding they are short staffed with my last review but it's only gotten worse. Getting anyone to actually take your order takes over 15 minutes if you get anyone at all. Getting your cold food that tastes bad is easily a 30 minute wait. We had friends stop into town and they made the mistake of coming here. It was over 50 minutes just to order and get food which they said was cold and definitely not up to Sonic standards.
