Pretty mediocre all around. Me and my father sayed at a nearby hotel while my mother was staying overnight at a hospital, and decided to drive overy and try this place out since we don't have a Sonic's around where we live. I had the vague notion that this place was more of a drive through thing, but I was a bit surprised that there was zero indoor seating, although there were some outside tables (although the surroundings are just parcking lots and hardly an area I'd consider being worth getting out of the car for). When our food finally came out we were told the slushie machine was down amd could either get refunded through the app or we could get a drink. We asked if we could get a large soft drink to offset upcharge of slushie and was told no and did we still want soft drink. We said yes. Girl walked away then sent out whom im assuming was the manager whose shorts were ridiculously to small rudely came out and dam near threw drink at us. Worst service at a sonic ever. Should be real proud of the manager on a Monday early afternoon

While at the Greensburg location, we tried to order slushies. The staff was dismissive and rude. Apparently, they are temporarily not available, but instead of being informative, the staff was irritated by my question and annoyed I didn't know. (I'm not sure how I would know they were unavailable?) I realize its a fast food chain and not exactly a 5-star dining experience, but respect and kindness go a long way. I'm not a frequent patron, and quite frankly, I'm shocked they are still in business, but his visit doesn't inspir... read more
