Sign said head sets were down so we waited in the the drive through line for 30 minutes once we got to the door next to the window (standing on the sidewalk) where the girl was coming out and taking the orders they then tell me I can't place an order without a car. Rain is the most incompetent manager I have ever spoke with.
We went there specifically for the drive-in experience and all the drive-in spots were out of order so we were stuck doing the drive thru which is less fun. Sonic is good enough food to be less convenient than everyone else. At least be different and more fun.
Speakers were down but the workers were still speedy and very friendly.
They have about the worst rude worst mannered workers iv ever seen in my life
We ordered online. It was ready when it said. The food was cold. 2 of our burgers were incorrect (missing a patty, missing cheese) and the replacement burger, which was hot, was incorrect. The shake was also one of the worst sonic shakes I've ever had. Just get the dairy queen that's next door: you'll have better luck, hopefully.
