Tried phoning them twice to ask why my online order wasn't giving the happy hour half-price discount. No answer either time. Plus, the last several times I've ordered online, the food has never been ready within 10 minutes of the promised time - and this is outside busy hours. What is the point of advance ordering and being given a time to go pickup if the time has no meaning? I was at the new El Campo Sonic yesterday. Great fresh food, and friendly enthusiastic staff. What a contrast with Bay City, with neither.
Stopped in on our way home from the beach. The service was quick, employee that delivered was kind and actually took the time to converse. Thanks for a good, quick snack post beach!
Pre-ordered on the app service was fast and friendly food was good and hot
This is probably one of the worst Sonics restaurants, we have been to. It does not matter if there are 5 customers or no customers ahead of you in line. You will wait alteast 20 minutes for your order to come out. And it will be melted and soggy every time. The employees are rude and do not know how to process or count simple change.
