Wanted to order something at one of their screens. Pushed the button, screen said I had to wait. Nothing happened. Then we left and went to Whataburger. I guess they don't need customers. Fits this run down city.
Terrible customer service had to press the button at least 5 times before even being answered waited over 25 minutes for a DoorDash order I refuse to even eat here with the way these people treat customers and they slow as hell
Worst sonic experience ever. They were open, no one answered for our order at the car hop spot, then we went to the drive through where the lady could clearly see us and never spoke to us or even motioned for us to wait a minute. We waited at the 10 minutes to long and drove away
My husband loves the footlong chilli dogs.I love the smash burger Friendly service
Please do not respond to my review. I find that very disrespectful. I don't want to hear from the owner or the manager or anyone. DO NOT respond to my review. The drive through has a very bad oder and a loose horse bit me in the parking lot
