The Bay City Tx location is horrible, I ordered just a drink and medium cheese tots.....I was asked to pull up and had to wait like 10-15 minutes for my food and to top it off...they gave me cheese fries.....are they that stupid?? They need to stop playing inside the store and get abit more serious about what they are doing. We thought our order was paid for but unsure. Checked to see if payment went through with window STAFF. Reply was no and food immediately brought out COLD.
Did Sonic sell out like others have all the Sonics taste like like somebody else is running it
absolutely ridiculous wait time and most of it wasn't even because of the food, but because the employees were either arguing endless or having conversations over taking care of customers, there wasn't even a rush or anything, only 2 other cars besides mine and i didn't leave until nearly 40 or so minutes later, and also there's people who probably dont work here casually hanging out inside the kitchen as if it were a get together spot
Stood and drive through for 20 minutes before I got help.
