If i could give 0 stars i would. They never have m9bike orders ready, and forget doordash orders. NEVER have those and have to sit 15- 20 m8nutes before its ready. This store is ridiculous.Thursday Aug 7, at 2:16 pm...not busy...been waiting 16 minutes for a doordash order.
On friday July 25th around 930pm: Ordered 2 of the new big dill triple smashburger combos with monzerella sticks, a watermelon limeade and a blueberry lavender lemonade. Burgers had raw onions instead of the fried cucumbers, 3 sad pickles, and no dill. I've gotten this before and know what's supposed to be on it. While there we noticed the blueberry lavender lemonade tasted like a limeade and when I told the staff, their response was "I don't know what you want me to do about it". This is my first visit to a Sonic drive-in, in about 7-8 years. What a total disappointment today's visit was. I first pulled into a stall to order and really studied the menu board but couldn't find just an ice-cream cone listed on the menu. I hit the button to order and asked the guy about the cones, and he said they don't serve ice-cream cones anymore. My wife was quite disappointed.
