Waited almost 45 minutes on two slushes and 2 $1.00 burritos. People who came in after us got food way before us, and many cars came and went through drive thru. Food came out and it was cold. The lady admitted she “forgot us” and “overlooked” us. Food was over cooked and so gross.

I just can't understand why these drive inns can't get your order right. I don't know if it ticks them off if you just want a hamburger (not a cheeseburger!) With only a couple of things on it. Because you don't have a clue what you're going to get. I just give myself a break from sonic's for right now, EVERYONE DON'T LIKE CHEESE ON A HAMBURGER, PLEASE NO CHEESE!!!

This is the absolute worst Sonic I have ever been to. They messed up my order twice, so I had to wait for them to fix it twice while holding up the drive thru line. I ordered a #3 with an oreo peanut butter shake for the drink. I don't know where they get their employees from, but they need better training. The cheeseburger and tots are ice cold and the shake is missing the oreo part of the order. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
