Fast Food with Old Fashioned Car Service The kids love Sonic, because you can order from an individual car-side menu, and the wait staff will deliver your meal right to your car door. I like the extensive menu with a great selection of hot dogs, burgers and sandwiches and tons of good drink and dessert options. More fun that run-of-the-mill fast food.
old fashioned car hop style unique atmosphere Sonic provides weary travelers the old fashioned car hop style atmosphere and the cost and selection of items are great. I especially recommend their onion rings and their assortment of iced fruit flavored beverages. Breakfast is served all day as well, so it's a great place to pick up some weekend breakfast without having to wake up early.
this is the worst sonic in the world for rudeness i dont know hwat has seem to happen but in the last 6 months this store has went from being a 5 star store to a o store in my opinion. the rudeness is overwhelming of the store manager. i dont know where she thinks shes all that and has the right to talk to employees and customers this way but she needs to be fired. i wouldnt ever eat out again if i had to go to this place
Terrible! I like Sonic, but will drive far out of my way to avoid this sonic at any and all costs! Expect to wait for a LEAST 20 minutes, for a drink add food and it gets worse. Have serious problems keeping orders right. Rude. Slow. Low sanitation grade, at one point had a B. Horrible!
stop letting children run the shop so many times can't keep track, wrong orders, what is it about Boerne that the people can't do such simple tasks? especially when a customer even says, "hmmm this Diet DR Pepper looks really light in color". and what do you think the runner would say, hmmm, NOTHING" so i get my bosses drink back to him, several miles down the road, just to find out that there is no frickin syrup in the Diet DR Pepper. AWESOME!!! NOT SO MUCH!!!! i can't stand going there anymore, it is just too painful.
Excellent food that is always fresh and as you like it. This is one of our favorite places to eat on the run. The food is good and the people are friendly. The only draw back is the service is pretty slow but always worth the wait.
Need to learn a thing or tow about customer service My Husband and I have visited this Sonic on three different occasions each time they seem to get our order wrong and its not like we order anything weird just basic items off the menu. Twice they forgot one of our drinks. They brought us the wrong item like we ordered cheese tots and got fries. Horrible place to eat We went to Sonics in Havelock NC and the service is so slow and the people there are very very rude, when I did call management on them they told me that the store was under new management and might take a while to get use to how things run. I don't care how new the management is, they should hire friendly people and learn how to get orders out in a timely manner.
Mmmm I have been to a lot of different Sonic's throughout the state, but this one has got to be one of the best. The service is so fast and always with a smile. I love the cheap prices and great food! Good meal on the run.
