If I could givethem no stars I would. They charge additional fees because they choose to do so. They charge more than what is disclosed on the menu and manager will say that they are charged automatically when it is not. I saw the entry added seconds after my order not immediately. It's not fair to charge extra other than disclose. Just my opinion. They get zero in service and integrity

This sonic is the worst sonic that I have ever been to. There service is absolutely horrible. They over charged me he said he forgot the straws as he walked away he was crumpling my receipt. when he came back like he acted like he didnt even hear me when I asked for it. I will never never go back here again.
