Friendly people first time going to sonic it was ok the service was a bit long like 15 min the burger was not the best but overall the service was very freindly
I don't like just putting reviews out there without giving a store the opportunity to fix them but they didn't give me my receipt so that's why I didn't bother calling to let them know I didn't have my order correct. This is the first and only time is 6 years I lived here that I ate at the sonic. I got a hot dog with onions ketchup and mustard and then I got a chili bun with no hot dog. I love Sonic’s food but this place is BEYOND SLOW. The last several times I have been to the drive thru they have taken 10+ minutes to take my order and another 20+ minutes to get the food. Ridiculous!!!! Do better.
45 minutes in line for 2 corn dogs!!! Absolutely ridiculous. This restaurant could NOT get any slower. I could have a whole meal cooked at home in the time they gave me my food. And the whole time I was at the window waiting, the girl at the window was talking to someone on her headset instead of trying to see where the food was at!!! And she wasn't taking orders cause the line wasn't moving! Management really needs to do a revamp!!!!
