Honest and quality repairs. My wife’s 14 pro max screen broke, they replaced it but it was still having issues with overheating and shutting down so we brought it back and it was handled at no additional cost. Thank you!

I went there for help with taking a stripped screw out! I understand their base rate is $85 for labor. However, I did not appreciate with the customer service and how condescending the lady at the front desk was Update after getting the Google review response: My phone was never looked at. At the store, the estimate for fixing it was 30 minutes and the store does not know the actual situation of my phone so now in a review response saying “the labor estimate was 1 to 1.5 hours” is obscure.
