I went to the sonic in New Iberia la. Y Ty he carhop was giving me the wrong order asked her about she laughed in my face and gave me my order aand never told me thank you and then no napkins in the bag. I never experienced such bad customer service. So I will not be eating at that establishment again.
I ordered ultimate meat and cheese burrito it was barely larger than the salsa pack.
Talked to someone been more then a few days waiting for an email for a refund terrible service
My bacon was very small little black pieces that they scraped together to put on my BLT. I even asked for EXTRA Bacon. When I got home and saw this I was highly upset. I called up to the store to speak with a manager and the phone ring a good 15-20 times with NO ANSWER. I called back about an hour later and after about 1O rings someone picked it up and hung up on me. This is VERY UNSATISFACTORY!!!
Called in my order 10 mins before arriving and went to stall 3 told them I was there waited another 20 mins and still no food so I called back in cancelled the order So needless to say I wasted my hole 30 min lunch break and got no where. Why
