Went to the drive thru. Ordered 2 strawberry shakes. Slooooow service, not to mention the girl at the window refused to even speak to me. No greeting. No total. Wouldn't look at me and I'm sure she probably was doing this to all her customers. Not a single word and then handed me soupy shakes that I'm not even sure had strawberry in them. Terribly rude. I'll spend my money elsewhere from now on. Employees like that aren't worth keeping they will run that place right into the ground.
Food sucks. Customer service sucks. And some of there DRINKS make you sick especially the limeades.. won’t be going back.
The one in Highlands, Texas is just horrible. The ice cream machine is broke more than it works, alot of times your order is completely wrong. Maybe if they put as much energy into work as they do playing on their phones it might be a nice place to go to.
App orders are more important than people who do not use app.
Sonic apparently went to a 3rd party App in Pueblo Co and now none of us at work are able to order take advantage of rewards we just can’t order from there anymore The App isn’t working it’s been going on 3 weeks I hope they fix this ASAP!
