Unethical company Canceled a service agreement with my used car on 9/5/17, two weeks after purchase. Sales manager confirmed received 9/5 and canceled on 9/9. However on 10/11 I called JM&A, the warranty company, and they confirmed the policy was purchased 9/9 and canceled 10/9 and that they would not issue a check back to dealership until 11/9.
