Good people, great service and accommodating!
Terrible customer service - mechanic was very rude - not sure if he even serviced my vehicle properly as he did not replace the previous service sticker just wrote over it. Good reflection of their attitude and service.
Exceptional service. I was stuck with a coolant leak issue with my car. They had inspected the issue and fixed it well beyond my expected timeframe. The quality of service that Deborah provided had me lost for words. This is a business that will see a bright and prosperous future.
THE WORST MECHANIC I’ve ever seen. Bad customer service very rude, cannot manage customers under pressure careless service. DO NOT recommend sonic automotive.
Great service and will always take my car there. A+++
