THE WORST MECHANIC I’ve ever seen. Bad customer service very rude, cannot manage customers under pressure careless service. DO NOT recommend sonic automotive.

I'm not sure if Ray, their best mechanic, was really there to fix my car. There was a rattling sound when braking, but they couldn’t figure out the issue. Their "solution"? Turn up the radio while driving so I wouldn’t hear it. The place was not welcoming at all—I had to wait in a shaded parking spot until they finished the inspection. Terrible service. Not happy at all!
Raymond was very nice, friendly, and easy to talk to. He communicated well and was helpful as I have no car knowledge. Fixed my car within the specified time frame. Quick, easy, painless. Recommended to all! Cheers!
Took car in for service & WOF today. Raymond called explaining what needed replacing & rang around local mechanics to source part, however all but 1 had it in stock but also went online to source part from the US which would save me about $60. Furthermore informing me that the part would arrive early next week which I am happy to wait for. Two tyres needing to also be replaced & my spare as well as R) R just needing puncture repair.
