Exceptional service. I was stuck with a coolant leak issue with my car. They had inspected the issue and fixed it well beyond my expected timeframe. The quality of service that Deborah provided had me lost for words. This is a business that will see a bright and prosperous future.
THE WORST MECHANIC I’ve ever seen. Bad customer service very rude, cannot manage customers under pressure careless service. DO NOT recommend sonic automotive.

I'm not sure if Ray, their best mechanic, was really there to fix my car. There was a rattling sound when braking, but they couldn’t figure out the issue. Their "solution"? Turn up the radio while driving so I wouldn’t hear it. The place was not welcoming at all—I had to wait in a shaded parking spot until they finished the inspection. Terrible service. Not happy at all!
Raymond was very nice, friendly, and easy to talk to. He communicated well and was helpful as I have no car knowledge. Fixed my car within the specified time frame. Quick, easy, painless. Recommended to all! Cheers!
