I had a great experience at Sonic Auto Services! They changed the oil and checked everything carefully. The service was fast, professional, and efficient. Steven was great. Got my front brake pads and rotors replaced. Was fast and professional and the pricing was as he quoted on the phone. Definitely will be back to do more with my vehicle when needed.
I bought a used car from a dealership, and it was inspected at this shop before I took it home. The inspection paper from this shop stated that the front brake pads were at 70%, but when I had them checked at another auto shop, they told me only 15% were left! When I asked the owner of the first shop for an explanation, he said, "On the day of the inspection, there were several cars of the same model here, and someone made a mistake."
