I had a truly awful experience at Sonic Auto Services. From the moment I walked in, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior from the front desk staff. The person who greeted me was not only dismissive but also made me feel unwelcome. His attitude was condescending and, frankly, downright disrespectful.
