Have the sonic alert system for my WWII father. The system has caught fire more than once when batteries overheated . The door bells when its to hot or cold will ask for replacement an not work. I used to be able to contact the company. Now they screen calls they want to return. No live person and they direct you to a website.I was reading the warranted instructions . It states if you get system from VA or Government Agency they will not honor any return policy .

YOU DO NOT SERVICE PROPERLY THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL I HAVE MADE REPEATED CALLS, LEFT MESSAGES AND... HERE I AM WITH YOUR PRODUCT WHICH IS EITHER DEFECTIVE OR WITH IMPROPER INSTRUCTIONS AND NOTHING I CAN DO. DO I HAVE TO REPORT TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ??
