The rudest, most unprofessional so called 'the manager" that I know from her extreme rudeness couldn't possibly be hired in any position of customer service. I would believe if you order on their app, that they should give you what you order. Rude, sassy mouth and hung up on me after i asked for general managers name. The burgers were too salty and greasy as well. In my 65 years, I've never felt so disrespected Tivianna or whatever your name was.
Just wanted one of those junior chicken sandwiches and the disk of completely solid overcooked crust they gave me broke one of my teeth
The one in Lumberton is the best
Frequented this sonic for the past 3 years, lately it's gone down hill. Recently made a complaint regarding an order where I swear it looks and tasted like I received a footlong from 2 days prior. Was talked into giving them another shot by their GM, who assured me it was a fluke. Went back Monday and made a very basic order at 12:22 for lunch.
