Since Dr. Smith has moved to the Cano Health office on University, the service is rotten. It takes at least 5 phone calls regarding referrals, then you have to end up going to the office in person to obtain the referral yourself or you will be forced to cancel the appointment because the staff can't seem to "get it together" and have the referral completed by the time of your appointment, regardless of how much time is given.
