Her service was really good, but as a client I’m not happy with the way she dealt with me. I gave her 24 hour cancellation notice via “text” message which wasn’t acceptable for her. She said she wouldn’t book me again because I didnt give her a call.Before starting therapy she had just mentioned a 24-hour cancellation period but never said it should be done over call only.Its my understanding that a professional should give priority to the clients and not judge them on what they consider as important and certainly not let go... read more
