Excellent doctor. The appointments are only 30 minutes but we seemed to cover everything in that time. Unfortunately, Optum, where she has her practice, is terrible. The last time I went, both me and another patient stood at the front desk while two people were behind it and both completely ignored us for at least 5 minutes - our presence wasn't even acknowledged. I find that it's worth putting up with in order to see a good doctor.
Came to the office in hopes of getting an earlier appointment.. arrived and stood at the front desk for 30 minutes.. no one came to the front.
Incredibly unhelpful. I booked an appointment 4 months in advance and they called me two days before to say they need to cancel it because it’s booked for 30 minutes instead of 45 minutes. I booked through ZocDoc as a new patient so they should’ve booked for the correct amount of time instead of cancelling on me two days before especially knowing that it is impossible to get this specialist appointment in New York. I do not recommend this doctor at all.
An excellent Endocrinologist.The first one to get.my Thyroid levels exact .. knowlegeable ..super pleasant and understanding.
I wish I could give her higher than five stars. I saw Dr. De Alia’s for my PCOS. I have a lot of anxiety surrounding the condition and she was calm, comforting, and clear with the action plan. She is a fabulous doctor and I absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a kind and caring doctor.
