I want to share a recent negative experience my mother-in-law had with Dr. Sonia Martinez. During her visit, she felt that the doctor was dismissive and unprofessional. Dr. Martinez appeared impatient and did not listen carefully to our concerns. I’m writing this review based on our experience with Dr. Sonia Martinez, the PCP assigned to my mother during her recent hospital stay. Unfortunately, our interaction with her was far from what we expected from a primary care provider in a hospital setting. Dr. Martinez came into the room with a rushed, and I'd say irritated demeanor. She made a comment about everytime she comes in she sees new faces. Very rude Doctor always has an attitude.
The most caring Dr. In the valley. Even allowed us to ask NUMEROUS questions once we were home and was very pleasant. We love Dr. Martinez. You with a couple nurses were the only good part about Valley Baptist. Do not change.
I'm so upset. So we're here waiting with my dad. And a physician named sonia Martinez walked in with an attitude. My kids are in the room watching TV w my dad and she turns it down which is fine but my 6 year old messed with the remote and it turned up again. She storms off saying that she wasn't going to put up with the patient walking off on her and rude kids. My dad( 73 years old) was going to the restroom.
