I had such a horrible experience with her. She did not listen to me and spent a total of 5 min with me. Most of that time she tried to convince me that my only options were a weightloss surgery.
Beware - this doctor will occasionally add fees to your bill for reviewing your charts outside your appointment time which aren’t included in insurance coverage, at a rate of $350/hr. You will not be notified in advance when she decides to review your charts and add this charge to your bill. You may be responsible for this charge out of pocket on a surprise basis! And the office will not work with you at all.
Best doctor ever. Takes time to listen to your concerns.
I have never felt more heard and validated by a doctor. Dr. Hans listened to me and together we came up with solutions and avenues to investigate. I highly highly recommend her!
I am fully satisfied with my appointment with Dr. Hans. She was a very good listener and she explained to me very well and took her time to let me know how my life is going how and what I should focus on what are the things that are missing and basically put it all together She directed me to the right place to focus on and I really wish I would have gone years before to her
