Two of the female staff associates were very friendly and very helpful. But the main supervisor female was very rude and nasty. She didn't care at all about customer service and answered every question with the harshest tone and attitude possible. I don't think she is capable of smiling or greeting anyone.
Today is my wedding anniversary. I went to the store to buy something for my wife. Unfortunately, they didn’t open the door and ask for an appointment. Aldo, I am their customer. I bought more than 10k jewelry. It was not my first.
They didn’t give us sales receipt on their pad for good purchased $110. As per them it is small amount and they don’t bother themselves
I came ready to buy and was turned away. apparently the empty store couldn’t accommodate me with no appointment. Owner please stop losing money by having your lazy staff turn away clients.
