I sold jewelry to this store and was told it was not real gold, so I accepted a very low value. Months later another establishment tested and weighed the items in front of me and confirmed they were genuine gold. My transaction here was not transparent, and staff were rude when I asked for clarification. I cannot recommend this business and encourage consumers to choose more honest and professional buyers.
Pathetic! Untrained staff. I called them to know the price of a particular thing, the girl/woman was unaware, and hung up when I asked to call the supervisor.
Great service and many jewelry options available, including piercings and repair. Some clothing available too.
