My doctor, Dr. Kakkar, is wonderful. She is thorough, personable, includes me in the discussion and listens to my requests. She is prompt to get referrals to specialists, gives me exercises to build my strength and balance since my hip fracture, and keeps me up to date on my vaccinations. She is such a good conversationalist and almost reads my mind when I find it hard to explain something. I've never had a better doctor. She is the best.
The worst ever because she would not allow me to ask questions or participate in my own medical care She wanted to dictate what I would be given and I was allowed no input. I'm not an MD but have a great deal of experience in veterinary path lab, inorganic chemistry, clinical lab technology and IV compounding. Dr. Kakkar and staff are very friendly. They listens and asks questions. Very professional yet they care about you as a patient. They have helped me during my many situations that I have gone through. I have results.
