“I’m sharing my personal experience with Dr. Sonia Dutta, M.D. I attempted to get a callback several times and never received one, which made me feel ignored as a patient. In my view, this level of communication is unacceptable and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider.” She just doesn’t about her patients.

Besides being a good diagnostician, Dr. Dutta is so sweet & personable. Love her staff also.
I unfortunately felt very dismissed by Dr Dutta. She spent a very short amount of time with me and dismissed my symptoms. She said that she has seen much worse. She told me to come back in 1 month if the symptoms persisted. I ended up going to see a different doctor named Dr. Milhouse. She took her time to listen and understand my symptoms. She ran some tests and immediately figured out the problem. I recommend looking outside of NorthShore completely as my experience with them has been doctors that are overworked and unable... read more
Finally I felt that my elderly mom was in safe hands today. Very pleased with my experience at Dr. Sonia Dutta office. This doctor is a world away from previous experience elsewhere.
