I personally like Dr. Chacko and her staff. But I have spent almost a week trying to get a refill on an inhaler, to no avail. I never had a problem before being forced into Medicare, and having to select a general practitioner. Something is wrong with the system. It tells me to contact my pharmacy (which I do), and my pharmacy faxes Dr. Chacko and gets no response. Really? How complicated is this?
She is the best,a literal life saver,mine.Thank you again Dr Chacko.
