Katya helped me to get a way better rate then my previous insurance company. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered most of my questions before i had a chance to ask them. With her engagement of very friendly conversation, i felt my time on the phone with her was with a friend rather than a sales agent.

I worked with both Sonny and Kristin at this Allstate office and found both of them to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend anyone looking for Auto and/or Home insurance to contact them for a no hassle and very comprehensive competitive insurance solution. I left GEICO after 30+ years for the “good hands people “ because rates we no longer competitive. I was getting the “loyalty penalty” as AI explained to me ! No joke ….

I am impressed with the process of switching from State Farm to Allstate. I reached out to Sonia's agency via email to request an auto quote. Sonny W. replied with quotes for both home and auto. He took his time to explain the quote, the coverages offered, and the premiums. He also addressed my concerns with Drivewise, as I am not a fan of being tracked or sharing my information with third-party vendors/apps. Sonny was professional and personable.
