I came in with a long list of symptoms and complaints along with what I think might be the cause. I shared them with Dr. Bains and she kept talking over me, wouldn't listen to what I was trying to say, and talked to me like I was an idiot. She made a comment about not trusting "Dr. Google", which I found particularly offensive since I am a well-educated anatomy professor and am highly capable of researching my condition. If I could give them zero stars I would. I am a patient here. I have had the worst experience ever. On July 28th I had a virtual appointment. Before my appointment I submitted my insurances and the day of service I did the same. Stating I had 2 insurances. I was called stating the medication that was sent to their pharmacy of preference was not covered by my insurance. I found that highly unusual. I asked what insurance was used they stated an old insurance I had. I then went to leave messages correcting my insurance informa... read more
