Had a hysterectomy in January of 2024. I have been unable to get prescribed the NECESSARY hormones to be able to live (as I cannot make my own). For ALMOST A YEAR I have been tossed around with cancellations and have received zero sympathy from the staff regarding my situation. Not even a dry, underdelivered “I’m sorry for your issue” (that would’ve sufficed). Not trying to be a Karen, but this office needs to get it together.
