I contacted Songer Plumbing to do a job for me He said he would do it set a time and then never showed and never called. When I contacted him he said sorry I got super busy and can no longer do the job . Now I have to start over and find a new plumber this is unacceptable behaviour for a supposed professional Not cool

Chris solved my pump problem with a zebra muscle proof triangular stand. My submersible pump almost always gets dragged by outgoing ice despite being weighted down in the shallows. Then the stand tips over into the muck at the drop off and the pump sucks it in until I can right it in warm water. The pump end is in the centre of the triangle which allows it to move and stay out of the muck. His work was timely and efficient.
One of the best plumbers in the Muskoka's. Always responsive, does an amazing job, and never have to look over my shoulder wondering as it's always done to top standards. Honest, straight forward, and affordable. Have never looked anywhere else.
Chris and his apprentice came to our rescue when we ran out of water due to a broken intake pipe foot valve. They responded immediately, were very professional and courteous and answered our questions. I highly recommend them.
