The selection was large and rather beautiful! I said yes to the dress! This was a dress I had my hopes on and wanted so badly, but it was dress I knew I could not afford. BUT then I saw it, here! I was able to get my dream dress for an amazing price! Everyone here was very polite and helped me a lot! I have refered a couple (soon-to-be) brides here because I had a wonderful experience and loved the deals! Thank you so much for making that experience a breeze!
Worst service ever! Employees didn't know what they were doing one employee told me to put my dress in the fitting room the other employee said uh we need that she threw my dress behind the counter. They wouldn't let anyone go to the back to look at bridal stuff. And everyone had an attitude! Never ever!
The selection of gowns is really good for such a small store. The staff was terrible to work with and the reason I chose not to buy here. I actually left in tears because I found “the” dress, but couldn’t fathom supporting a business with no service. No one is trained on anything Bridal so I got dumbfounded looks or responses when asking questions. They had a great selection and I really liked the way they had the dresses organized. However, there was an employee who wanted to help, but actually ruined the experience for me. I wasn't allowed to try the dress on with my mother-in-law, and the employee repeatedly left my dressing room curtain open (if you'e looking for modesty, you may want to look elsewhere).
