I drove by there, and the complex didn't look terribly bad, but, there's something about that place that made me feel uncomfortable. Something isn't quite right about it, I'm not sure what. I had a neighbor who moved out of Lindenwood apts to move into Songbird Village, and personally, I feel that she's made a mistake. She was paying the same amount of rent at Lindenwood and had free utilities(electric) Songbird Village may be cheaper, but, she's going to pay about the same amount as she was when she was living at Lindenwood... read more
