I have done regular massage to prevent back injuries for over 10 years now. I have gone to multiple different providers over the years and I can say without a doubt that Haley at Songbird Bodyworks is the best massage therapist I have ever experienced. She is extremely skilled at finding my problem areas and alleviating them. I went to Haley for my TMJ issues and would absolutely recommend her! She is very knowledgeable and does a great job explaining her process and various techniques and how they address your problem areas. Through each session, I experienced significant progress. From starting with high levels of discomfort to ending pain free, I can't say enough good things about my experience working with her!
I had such a fantastic massage! Haley was so kind and made sure that the experience was exactly what I was looking for. Her space is also clean, well decorated, and welcoming!
