Dr. Song, Wei MD is very nice and explains all our questions clearly and professionally.
This poor excuse for a practicing physician has a loathsome bedside manner. I’ve never experienced first hand such a disconnect from a patient! If you are looking for a doctor, who is understanding or even half way interested in your physical and mental well being PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE! If there was a option for a negative rating it would have been given!!!!!
I'm a relatively new patient of Dr. Song and I think he is great. I've been impressed with all of my interactions with him. During a bad time of Covid lockdown, Dr. Song was able to prescribe an antibiotic over the phone for me when my diverticulitis kicked up. My appointments with him have been informative and most recently I was very impressed when his office reached out to me to schedule an exam to check on my high-ish blood pressure (I've been keeping a BP diary) and to make sure I scheduled a mammogram and pap smear. Does not care about patients, is very lazy and doesn't even try to look up medical records when I ask
If I could give minus stars I would. It had been a while since I'd had health care. id had a lot I wanted to discuss with him but in the maybe 10 minutes he was forced to endure with me in the exam room he was extremely rude (had me close to tears and in not a crier), was completely uninterested in hearing my brief medical history and current symptoms, and said didnt have time to answer any other questions I may have.
