Worst hotel ever , moldy pillows, the room smelled like cigarettes, there was dog food in the “clean room”, issues with one of the rooms not closing properly making it a safety concern. reps at the front of the desk were nice and professional. But this place is horrible. First and last time I’ll be here. Don’t waste your time and money being here I rather sleep on the street than here!

Doors didn’t lock, dog poop in the hotel room, smelled like someone’s smoked inside, and their was mold on the pillows disgusting highly do not recommend save yourself money.

My review is in no way directed at the staff at the front desk. They were all very kind. But this hotel was awful. I checked into my first room and walked in and was immediately slammed with the smell of cigarettes. I went back to the front desk and they moved me to another room. The second room I went to had a different odor. The smell was stomach churning. Almost like someone poured sweet tea on the walls and let it ferment. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had and it happened on my birthday. We checked into our room and immediately found the toilet completely filthy, with visible stains and splatter. It was clear it hadn’t been cleaned at all. We contacted the front desk and were moved to another room. Unfortunately, that room had a strong odor and the toilet there wasn’t clean either.
