This is my first time staying here. I walked in and was greeted by the most amazing person Theresa. Her customer Service was top notch. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great! ATTN: MANAGEMENT Please give her kudos and in my opinion she deserves a raise. Thank you Theresa for everything. Your amazing.
This place is nice. Really clean and smells like so. The staff has all been very helpful and kind. The room is nice candy clean the ac works great. We stayed for 3 weeks and never had an issue. Thank you!
I was extremely pleased with Teresa's customer service she had a great attitude from the beginning we ran across some issues with my tap pay and had several people behind me and she never seemed frustrated or annoyed. I feel like good customer service is underrated and hard to find so I just wanted to say that I appreciate it very much!!
Theresa is one of a kind, she provides the comfort of a mother, yet, gives you the love of a genuine person. It was amazing to see her the front desk.
