Super nice hotel!! Friendly staff! Close to the Jordan Creek area!!
Had to move rooms due to musty smell, broken bed, and non working phone. New room bed also creeked. No breakfast.
Desk clerk was the best but poor manager unwilling to take care of their customer with a complaint.
Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we checked in, everything was handled very poorly. There was only one employee working while a large number of guests were trying to check in, causing an extremely long wait. Once we finally received our room key and went upstairs, we unlocked the door and walked directly into an occupied room that already had guests staying in it. Avoid avoid avoid!!! Booked thru VRBO stayed one night and it was fine checked out and as soon as I got to my car I got a notice from my bank that the hotel also charged me because they hadnt received the money yet from VRBO They should have been the ones to argue about getting the money not bill me again! Hotel will not return calls and if you search this issue on google it sounds like these hotels commonly steal money by double booking and not returning money even if you dont use vrbo they find a way to double down on your... read more
