Terrible, unclean, and disorganized. Our room smelled like smoke, and there were extra items left in the fridge from previous guests. We asked to switch rooms, but they told us there were none available. No problem. Then, the front desk person insisted that he contact the manager to see what they could do. The manager let us know that we were getting a refund for the room. We called Expedia to let them know that the hotel authorized a refund. Room was very nice got access to the pool from our room which was very convenient. 10/10 keith was very helpful
Sheets were very clearly already used on one of the two beds in my room. I found other people's hair in the sheets. The shower smelled and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. After running hot water for a bit, it smelled like a locker room's showers; like unwashed feet. There were also many hairs stuck to the sides of the shower and curtain. There is a fridge in the room, and no microwave.
