Great value hotel, nice rooms and hotel in good condition. Hotel management is 5-star. Have stayed in many hotels but the management here stood out, very helpful and worked with us in accommodating needs of our soccer team.
Just want to start off by stating that Ana at the front desk is AMAZING. I usually stay here pretty frequently while handling business in and out of town. I honestly have to say the nights I've been here recently were the worst ive experienced yet. And I'm extremely disappointed because 400 dollars for a stay does not grow on trees. Before you plan a stay I highly advise to make sure they wont have any large groups heading to stay for events around town. Checked in, went to go check our room, it wasn't completely cleaned coffee was spilled on the countertops, the floors hadn't been vacuumed. It was a mess. Gave us another room which was okay, nothing great. All the hallways needed to be vacuumed it was really kind of a dirty hotel. Plugged in my phone charger, had no power, So I unplugged it to move it to another outlet and the whole outlet came out of the nightstand. It had been cut. We were out in the room for people who are deaf. Turns out this is the loudest room. We heard everyone running by, the laundry, the ice machine, and just loud people walking by because we were the first room. The bathroom shower has some leaking issue because the corner wallpaper behind the door is starting to erode. The toilet rocks and the floor corners in the bathroom were dirty.
