My wife and I had decided to get married in AZ, and 90% of our guest stayed in the hotel. Marget and the staff were very help and kind. They accommodated all our needs and the needs of our guest. The hotel was also in a very convenient location (within 15 minutes from all three of our venues.) I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone especially for large events. Will definitely be staying in the same hotel if we are visiting AZ. Once again thank you Marget and team for making our special day special!
Front desk staff was very kind, room was a decent size with a massive tv. Bathroom was clean with a nice shower only downside with this hotel is that the cleaning service is very slow which can be very inconvenient
Worse hotel and sonesta in phoenix managers both very old and close minded racism and homophobic would not recommend anyone waisting there money here not a good open experience its 2025 they are mentally in the 70s
The Sonesta in Chandler is an okay place to stay. I stayed for five nights, and what was most upsetting is when I stripped the bed, something I always try to do since I used to work in housekeeping, I found red and brown stains on different parts of the mattress. Obviously, we assumed it was blood, but even if it was not, that’s pretty gross in general.
