The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. The lobby was nice. It was strange that the hotel only had one elevator area at the opposite end of the hotel from the lobby, so if you had a lot of luggage or are unable to manage stairs, and your room is near the lobby on an upper floor, you will have to walk to the opposite end of the hotel, take the elevator, and then backtrack to the front of the building. Breakfast is not free, and is only cold to-go items like packaged muffins and cereal packs smh. No microwave in rooms. TV didn’t work, all channels go in and out of static. Small, cheap pillows.
Excellent customer service! Amber checked us in. We got to our room and the AC wasn't working. She immediately switched us to a different room no problem. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!
Hospitality was awesome at every shift! Brian, the late-night host was very accommodating and informative.
First review ever. Rooms not refreshed 1 time during our 7 day stay. We specifically asked on the morning of our 4th day and were told they could get to it on the morning of the 5th day. They never got around to it. Was kind of shocked. I get it, they wants to save $ and not do it every day. But at least one time over 7 days. Ugh.
