Location to all Newport activity- good. But nothing is good about this place. Wet/damp/mildew smell, wifi is none existence. Pool had hair, bug, jacuzzi had dirt sitting at the bottom. Back to the room, the odor was so bad we purchased spray and odor eliminator. Front desk said they couldn’t do anything it smelled fine, but four of us traveling together thought otherwise.
