Worst experience with any hotels ever! I arrived at midnight after a 5hr flight. Sonesta silicon valley transferred me to sonesra san Jose because they said they had some issue. And they don't offer transportation! After i arrived at sonesta san Jose by Uber, the receptionist told me i have to wait for 30-45min because Their system is restarting! It was already 2:30am! Staff and downstairs area is very nice. The gym is all very well equipped with dumbbell pairs that go up to 75 lbs, plenty of cardio machines, and a cable functional trainer. Pool and hot tub also look nice. Negatives - laundry room has very limited capacity for such a large hotel (on the fifth floor, one set of washer / dryer).
