Pool with no water, old rooms, no USB chargers, basic cable box with no wifi, couldn't watch TV, couldn't go swimming, jacuzzi was filthy, and front desk personnel sucks, they do not care at all about your comfort

My room looked dirty, seems like carpets and windows haven't been cleaned in awhile. Bathroom looks outdated. Best part of this place, the pool and terrace, were closed and looked like they have been for quite some time. Only real pro was the location, but this place is giving slight abandoned hotel vibes, would not come here again until some serious renovations occur.

Bait and switched by the breakfast “buffet”. Woke up at 6am and saw the big breakfast sign in the elevator. Walked in and saw everyone eating so I thought why not I’ll grab a coffee. After I sit down staff comes over and asks if I’d like to charge it to the room. $30 for a cup of coffee. I told them I thought it was a free breakfast because there was no host, but they refused to remove the charge. Spoke with the front desk and they said the manager wouldn’t remove the charge. Horrible bait and switch.
