Room was not clean. Soap running down shower doors, dust thick in lamps, headboards, cords, and mirrors. I asked for them to come clean, they wiped the soap off the shower door, but left the nasty floors, mirrors, dust. Very disappointed that one time I put to dusty in a fancy hotel, to be treated like my stay doesn't matter. I'd prefer to stay at a quality inn, yes sonesta you ruined it.
Beautiful views, bar tenders were great. Well over priced
