I was recently there September 28th for a quick drop off. One thing the hotel doesn't tell you is that there is a large pothole in the center of the front entrance by the gas station. I hadn't been able to see it since it was dark and not lit, so my car had slammed into the ground and got completely messed up. Now my car won't start and the hotel won't take responsibility. An apology is definitely not going to fix my car.

Not only is this place in a bad area it's really not safe at night. The doors of the place keep malfunctioning and have to be let in by the hotel clerk and then they'll get mad at you for having to have them let you in. Very rude. Two days we've had no hot water working in this place and they didn't tell us about this till after they booked our rooms and gave us the keys. Worst hotel ever we couldn't make it there we requested our money they refuse to give us it never staying here again
Here’s a few things you should know before booking: -there’s a 100$ deposit -the only ice machine that works is on the fourth floor -the elevators are not working, so you’ll have to take the stairs -they don’t have eggs with their breakfast (at first, I was told they didn’t thaw them out the previous night and that they would be out soon, then I was told there would be no eggs today at all.) -you can’t bring your breakfast up to your room that you paid for due to their new policy that is nowhere to be found on their website.... read more
