We stayed at your hotel on Feb 7–8 and booked two bedrooms. One room was barely used. Two days later, you charged us a $200 security fee without any explanation. We’ve tried calling, but your phone number is unreachable and there’s no way to contact you, even though you ask customers to resolve issues offline. Please provide a valid phone number or email and explain this charge. If this isn’t resolved soon, we will take further action.
Horrible customer service. As of today the phone number to the hotel does not work, you can't contact them. I have not received my deposit back. When calling general guest relations they are not able to do anything and I am out of money. Be very careful with this place and your deposit refund.... This response does not help me, there is a serious error with my refund. The receipt shows a card number that is not mine. The number to the hotel is not working, customer support and guest relations can not help. I need this issue ... read more
Have not received my 100 deposit checked in January 22 it’s now February 6 and still no deposit returned when I tried calling but there phone line is busy
